Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take for you to complete a commission?
Each painting varies in complexity and detail, but after your payment has been received in full, it usually takes 2 - 3 weeks for me to finish a painting. You will be given an approximate shipping date during the commission process, after you have approved the sketch.
Do you offer payment plans?
On commissions, you are free to pay incrementally, until you have reached the final payment. Unfortunately, I do not offer payment plans for paintings, prints or other works.
Do you sell prints of your paintings?
Yes, I also sell prints of my paintings. Click on the tab entitled “Prints,” to see which paintings are available in the form of a print.
What kind of paper do you use for prints?
I select only high-quality, archival paper for my prints.
How do you ship your products?
I ship using USPS and I always look for the lowest cost shipping available. I also insure original work before shipping. Your paintings will arrive in a box, secured and professionally packed, with tracking numbers available upon request. Prints will be rolled up and slipped into a protective plastic sleeve, then placed into a shipping tube.
I am ordering a painting as a gift. Will you ship it to another address?
Yes, I am happy to ship the painting to the gift recipient. Just contact me and include the (ship to) address in your email.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, I am happy to ship worldwide.
Do you accept credit cards/debit cards/Pay Pal?
Yes, I accept all forms of payment.
Can I return a painting?

What if my print or painting arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, please immediately take photos of the damage and how the box arrived. Then, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, with your order number and a short explanation. Thank you.
